In addition, the library serves as an information resource in Oriental medicine to health professional and to the general public as well. In carrying out this mission, the library strives to develop, manitain, and provide excellent information resources and services. The library staff works together as a team in fullfilling this mission
Our library collection includes books, journals, audiovisual materials and electronic resources and covers all subject areas in the curriculum. The online access to research databases as well as to the library catalog allows students and faculty to find information for their studies and research both on and off campus.
The library also provides computers for users to access information resources via the Internet. MS Office programs are available to meet students' academic computing needs. Printing is performed via a networked laser printer and costs 5 cents per page.
The library offers instruction on library research skills, including searching databases such as PubMed, via the Research Practicum class for Master's students. For doctoral students, such instruction is provided during the first doctoral module. Additionally, online tutorials are available to help library users while they are off campus.
