Long-Range Strategic Plan
The OCOM Strategic Plan identifies the long-range issues, goals, and strategies for creating the college’s desired future in the next 6 to 10 years. These goals and strategies are based on important values and guiding principles that provide a strong foundation for administrative decision-making for the college.

Based on Senior Administrative Team review at the 05/22/2007 meeting, the following Operational Plan accomplishments/status were noted for fiscal year 2006-2007. This information, when finalized, will form the basis for the OCOM Annual Report to the Board of Trustees and stakeholders.
