The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine
seeks an energetic, skilled, and responsible Faculty Assistant.
Under the supervision of the Faculty Coordinator, the Faculty Assistant will provide administrative support to OCOM clinic administration. This is a part-time position, currently scheduled for 16 hours per week.

Education
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is desireable, but not required.
Experience
At least 1 year of general office and/or administrative experience is required. Experience in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
At least 1 year of general office and/or administrative experience is required. Experience in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Practical knowledge of all common office equipment.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must be able to take direction, but also work independently.
- Must be willing and able to contribute as a member of the the OCOM team.
