Leadership
Oregon College of Oriental Medicine is a nonprofit educational institution governed by a board of trustees. This board oversees the general and overall affairs of the college. The board appoints the college president, reviews the college's mission, approves its curriculum, determines legal and financial policies, and directs long-range planning.
Executive Council and Senior Administrative Team
The college Executive Council and the Senior Administrative Team (SAT) are responsible for the daily and annual operations of the college and clinic. The SAT is comprised of senior leaders who report directly to the president. The team meets formally twice a month to review progress on achieving instituional objectives as defined by the strategic plan and to address operational matters including curriculum, professional growth, budgets, trends, strategic initiatives and other significant issues.

We are fortunate to have talented and dedicated staff members who are committed to furthering the mission of the college. Many of our college and clinic staff members have been with the college for more than 15 years, evidencing the strong sense of community that makes Oregon College of Oriental Medicine unique.
