About our Alumni
Oregon College of Oriental Medicine graduates currently practice in more than 36 U.S. states, Canada, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Sweden, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Israel. Many are in private practice, while others work alongside fellow acupuncturists, or chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopathic physicians, allopathic physicians or massage therapists. As competent, effective practitioners, they evidence the depth and quality of their education at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Along with practicing in a clinical setting, our graduates also:

serve as officers in state and national organizations, including the Oregon Acupuncture Association and the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.

offer traditional Chinese medicine services to low-income populations in public health settings.

open doors in hospital settings through obtaining hospital practice privileges.

are involved in ongoing acupuncture and Oriental medicine research.

work as instructors and teaching assistants at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, offering their experience and expertise to current students.
