Cancellation and Refund Policies PDF Print

Participants who cancel 14 days before a seminar will receive a full refund. All other cancellations will forfeit a $50 nonrefundable deposit.

OCOM reserves the right to cancel any seminar due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather, and will make every effort to notify registrants. In those situations, registrants will receive a full refund. Cancellation notifications will also be posted on the OCOM website.
