In 2008, Oregon College of Oriental Medicine celebrates 25 years of teaching, guiding and advancing wellness. As one of the oldest Oriental medicine colleges in the United States, we balance that rich history with modern innovation and discovery, leading to new holistic health care solutions and a unique integration with Western medicine. 

For our students: We combine a rigorous academic program of learning and experience with an emphasis on energy cultivation and balance. We offer a master’s degree in traditional Oriental medicine and a doctoral degree for licensed acupuncturists.

For our patients:  We offer respectful, integrated and affordable health care for the public.  Our doctors, clinic staff and interns employ the therapies of acupuncture, herbal medicine and massage to help patients manage their health concerns.

For our community: We share our knowledge and passion for health and healing through low-cost and free public classes and seminars.  We also offer monthly admissions seminars for prospective students.

For our field:  We are a leader in Oriental medicine research, exploring modern-day applications of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. We use our knowledge to teach, heal and expand health care options.  We also offer continuing education classes for practicing acupuncturists and other health care professionals.
